Low pressure machines

We supply a full range of low pressure machines with hydraulic or electric movements. A wide range of molds can be used, single or multi-cavity, from a diameter of 450 mm to 650 mm. Our machines are supplied complete with a 125 kW or 160 kW low frequency induction furnace.

Gravity machines

We supply a full range of gravity machines with hydraulic movements. A wide range of molds can be used, single or multi-cavity, from a diameter of 450 mm to 550 mm.

Core shooter machines

We supply a full range of core shooter machines for the “hot box” method with pneumatic, hydraulic or electric movements, offering a shoot capability from 2.5 liters to 6.0 liters. Upon request we are able to convert them for the “shell” method.

Furnaces

We supply low frequency induction furnaces with a power of 125 kW or 160 kW and a electric resistors crucible furnace with a power of 70 kW. Both types can be used with gravity or low pressure casting technologies.

Sprue cutting machines

We supply a new concept of CNC sprue cutting machine with two heads, therefore two castings in one cycle can be processed.
