The IMR’s flagship of the next generation sand core machines

Fully electric and pneumatic, is an extraordinary production instrument giving high productivity, reliability, less maintenance, sustainability and very low energy consumption.

Used for the forming of medium/large sand cores or small ones in a multi cavity core box with the “hot box” method, it may be easily converted also for “shell moulding” or “cold box” method.

The core boxes are electrically heated and controlled by means of the PID software developed by IMR.
